Salon Policies 

Here at MC Beauty we have a few policies to ensure that we can offer our guests the best possible service at all times. Please review these prior to booking your appointment and feel free to contact us with any questions. We look forward to seeing you! 


Cancellation Policy 

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options for our guests, we require a 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 50% fee of the cancelled service(s) will be required to book a future appointment. 

If you no-show your appointment, a 100% fee of the cancelled service(s) will be required to book a future appointment. 

The cancellation fee does not go towards the next scheduled appointment. 

Recurring cancellations or no shows (more than 1) are subject to 100% cancellation fee of missed service and requirement of putting a card on file for automatic payment of missed services. 

Re-Do Policy 

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with any service after you leave the salon, please let us know within 7 days. We would love to correct any issue. Under no circumstance are refunds provided for services. 


Silent Appointments 

Here at MC Beauty we offer silent appointments. This option is great if you would prefer to sit in comfortable silence to relax and clear your mind, (this is also great if you are uncomfortable with small talk). During a silent appointment your service provider will only talk when needed to ask questions or inform you about your service. 

If this is something you are interested in, simply let your stylist know once they greet you!
